Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, menstrual cups and pads cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.
Eligibility for Returns (Other Products)
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in the same condition you received it

Be unworn or unused, with tags

Be in its original packaging

Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
In addition to menstrual cups and pads, the following items are non-returnable:

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the product you want is to place a new order. Once your return is accepted, you can purchase the replacement item separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.
